Phorate 10 % CG - Phorate 10% CG insecticide offers in the brand name of Phorkal to treat pest like Apids, Top borer, White grub, white Fly, Jassids, Gall Fly, Leaf hopper, Plant hopper, stem Borer, Root weevil, Leaf miner, lace wing bug. Red spider mite, Shoot flies etc attacks the plant it starts action .It is a systematic insecticide.
- It is mainly used for Potato, Cereals, Banana, Sugarcane, Wheat, Barely, Sorghum, Tomato, Seasamum , Oil seed, Paddy, Citrus, Fruit trees, soybean etc.
- The dosages per hectare is 750-3000 gm a.i.and formulation is 705-30kg depending on crop and pest type.
- Formulation type of Phorkal is CG(Concentrate Granules).
Antidote:
- Atropinize the patient immediately and maintain full atropinization by repeated doses of 2 to 4 mg. of atropine sulphate intravenously at 5 to 10 minutes interval. As musch as 25 to 50 mg. of atropine may be required in a day. The need for further atropine administration is guided by the continuance of symptoms. Extent of salivation is a useful criteria for dose adjustment.
- Dissolve 1-2 gm of 2 PAM in 10ml distilled water and inject intravenously very slowly for 10-15 minutes.
